This course is designed for the <player> to have the opportunity to polish their ring of charisma, learn how to strategically fight their way through tough situations, inspire their adventuring party, level up their flexibility and develop the intrinsically virtuous of reward in themselves.
Course Goals
- Identity interpersonal attributes and communication skills for implementation with soft skill techniques.
- Formulate workable solutions to the situations based on current knowledge and skill sets.
- Cultivate relationships and employ leadership techniques while working to obtain desired outcomes.
- Develop alternative action plans to manage anticipated risks based situational analysis.
- Design personal soft skill development plans that they will apply to their current or designed position.
