Developing Communication and Leadership Skills (Teamwork and Communication)
Learner will be able to cultivate relationships across the party/group, this includes being able to assess, motivate, encourage, and discipline others while resolving conflict and help to obtain the desired outcome.

- Identify what roles others play within the group/party that can maximize results
- Employ others to handle tasks in a way that is beneficial to the group
- Explain the complex working relationships of the party/group
